Department of certification, independent examinations and property evaluation
The Department offers services of over 20 experts - specialists in various fields for the Chamber members and clients.
There is available a series of criminological expertise.
Motor transport experts make expertise on vehicles evaluation, including market and customs cost estimating, traffic accident damages evaluation, vehicle value loss estimation.
Certificates of origin are issued for the companies exporting products abroad.
Assessment activity, for which the CCI has all the necessary rights, is executed according to the legislation «On Assessment activity».

- expertise of exported goods on code identification by Foreign Economic Activity Commodity Classification;
- expertise of exported goods with issue of certificates of origin by form «А», «СТ-1», general form and textile production certificates;
- expertise and estimation by norms for compensatory goods at export of raw materials for processing abroad;
- expertise of goods acceptance by quality and quantity with certificate of expert’s estimation for arbitration institutions, including foreign ones;
- expertise on estimation of price level for goods and services, including world prices;
- expertise on estimation of inventory holdings;
- expertise on estimation of transport;
- expertise on estimation of traffic accident damages;
- consumer expertise;
- participation in site of occurrence examination as independent expert-specialist (photo-, video filming of site in accordance with judicial photography regulations).
